Our Founder and President started his first business in 1976 selling gas and diesel additives to a farmer in West Texas from a bicycle that provided his first vehicle. Today, the process has changed but the means are much the same, we all need to increase our customer base and revenue. Every company requires customers to survive, and a happy customer is a repeat customer. Over 40 years later and 12 different companies, we are still peddling the bicycle but through Software As A Service Automatic Induction (SAAS A.I.).

From Gas and Diesel Additives to Business Consulting our founder realized that the “bicycle” still had to be ridden. The bicycle today is internet reputation and marketing. For the last ten years, within three different companies, Lee has wasted thousands of dollars with SEO companies, website builders, and social media marketers and none of them worked. ALL FELL SHORT! Lee decided he would hire his own Software Specialist to fix the problem and realized that this could be a business. That business is Accurate Data Systems and it hasn’t been easy, we started in January 2020 and the pursuit was to find the absolute best Software Technology and build a customer service-minded team around it, that is our new  “bicycle”.

In 2021 Lee purchased the rights to a Software and within 6 months found a CTO that loved serving the customer as much as he did. Our system is simple really, we will not be everything to everyone. We have unique agents for each company niche, one for Carpet Cleaning, one for Plumbing, one for HVAC, one for Chiropractors, one for Lawyers, etc. We stay in constant contact with our niche customers, we make sure that they are getting at least 5 – time revenue for every dollar they spend with us. And when our customer needs to grow, we provide them the resources to get that done, from money, ratings, positioning and hosting. We do it and our customer service is second to none! Our core belief is if our customer is not growing, it will not be because of us, so if there is no growth, our partner does not want to grow and we move on. We are aggressive, passionate, and totally about success!
